In modern society it is become increasingly prominent among young generation yo move overseas to set up their business or to learn from professional tutor. I strongly believe that this phenomenon bring much more negative as opposed to positive.
One main positive aspect behind this situation is it offers more opportunity. For instance, individuals preffer mo yo another cities in many ways. Innitially, for them who intend to taught by academic teachers to obtain high effective knowledge and learn unique strategiys about the subjects that the study. Consequently, many citizens, especially adults or teenagers choose to work overseas. For example, if they decide to work or choose their occupation there, they may have a huge wage that can meet their need or basic purchase such as pay for electricity, buy products and etc. Finally, they can meet new collegues and learn how to talk with foreiginers.
On the other hand, this phenomenon bring a plenty of drawbacks. Firstly, if teenagers of 17-18 ages study abroad, it may leads to homesickness. For instance, when they select private education where rules extremelly difficult for them, under no circumstances must pupils follow the rules. If they do not follow their system, they will eliminated. Secondly, it leads to cultural barriers. For example, it may be challenging foe them to get used their way of lfe, like they can not accept their culture or dishes easily, it takes time to live like them. Additionally, it also has has language barrier, they can not know about their native language and misunderstand what they say during the lessons and take datas incorrectly. Finally, employee who work there may not know way of company or can face to low salary which not enough to live because of flats or house extremely expensive to live and they get into depression of the question “Do i enquire to pay for government or send money for their family stay far away”. At no time, to employee have opportunity to do all of this in one time.
In conclusion, i believe that for them who have already live overseas have a number of benefits. However, for them who try out firstly may challenging to get used to their life and leads to a huge issues.
