I believe salary as the most important factor because of the following reasons. Primarily, high salary jobs brings motivation among employers. For example, an employers works harder in order to gain promotion, consequently, increases motivation in the workplace. Additionally, high end paying jobs workers are more satisfied in their life. For example, high salary reduces the tension of paying rents, bills, loan etc, consequently, encourages them to lead a happy and stressful life. Furthermore, high end salary is the pivotal for active lifestyles. For example, people earning money in abundance tends to spend on organic foods to build up their health. Nonetheless, they also join gym and workout to overcome their physical weakness.
Conversely, it can be argued that salary solely is not only beneficial factors for job selection. People focusing only on money lacks growth. Henceforth, they are stuck to one position for a long period of time. Skills of the worker with high end paying jobs are deteriorating considerably. Focus solely on money reduces the skills improvement needed for future. However, skills can be enhanced during leisure time too.
Taking these factors into consideration, it is apparent that during ob hunting salary as the imprtant factor far surpasses its disadvantages. Nonetheless, other factors should also be considered for the enhancement of peoples knowledge and skills.
