In recent years, selecting a job has become a difficult task. Many people choose their job based on their salaries. Personally, I agree that money is the major factor why a person considers a job position, however, I believe that other factors are equally important.
On one hand, money plays a vital role in a person’s life. Everyone needs to earn enough cash to meet their basic needs. For example, we all need money to pay for households, rent, bills, food and healthcare. Moreover, many people take these needs as their priority and earn accordingly to have a good life. However, if people choose to prefer enjoyment or any non-financial aspects for finding their job, they will find it difficult to support themselves. For instance, artists and musicians are known for choosing a career path that they enjoy and love, but they always not earn enough amount of money to raise a family. Therefore, money can be seen as one of the factor for choosing job for having a quality life.
On the other hand, nevertheless, other factors are also important rather than focusing only on money. Firstly, people choose to have a good relationship and better work environment. Having a good manager and colleagues, for example, can make a huge difference in worker’s level of happiness. Secondly, everyone wants the feeling of job satisfaction from their achievements and their skills rather than how much money they earn. Therefore, above factors are also considerable for selecting a job instead of only going for higher salaries.
In conclusion, although many people tend to consider money as their key factor for job because they want a good and quality life, happiness and satisfaction can also be the factors that some people focuses on.
