Considering a career has been defined as a way to know our truly life purpose through deliberating several factors which make it become more and more intricate. Some people believe that the crucial thing in choosing an occupation is the job’s allowance. Personally, I wholeheartedly oppose this statement and will argue that passions have more influence to choose a job because it will lead to our felicity.
Nowadays, numerous people have been strived to get a high salary job due to their necessities, dignities, or social and economic assertions. They compete and choose to find a company that provides a good amount of wages, ignoring the overly abundant work loads to gain material success. Sometimes, the industry also exploit the workers because they just accentuate their profits but not their labors’ right. This will lead to the lessening of employee’s welfare, allowing them to get burden and pressure easily that causes their performance dropping in the work place.
Instead of choosing a job that based on their payment, it is way better to find occupies that suit with our passions and interests. When we have already known what we want in this life and pursuit it without any forces from society, we will work contently. Doing things with our heart can be an opportunity to whet our potentials and be creative in the workplace, or even allowing us contributing to the society. At the end, it comes back to us to consider a career in our life that will make us content and fulfill our essentials.
