Band 5: Which of your past activities would you describe as entrepreneurial? (User-Written IELTS Writing Task 2 Essay)

Throughout my journey, I have participated in several activities that reflect my entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. One of my most significant experience was raising funds for a collaboration of Old-age homes and orphanage through ELEVATE U initiative. This idea of collaboration was my idea and the strategy for collecting funds was also innovaative. This taught me the importance of networking, communication, and strategic planning.

My technical skills also reflect my entrepreneurial mindset. For example, organising data and keeping them updated using creative softwares.

In school, I developed simple games and implemented algorithms to address particular tasks in Python (2024), due to which my coding and analytical skills improved. Furthermore, I was tasked with creating a CV using SQL (2022), which showed how data must be categorized and information displayed. Outside school, I have completed a 100-day Python course on . I constructed various games, calculators, flowcharts and graphs through this Bootcamp. These experiences have expanded my skills and acumen.

Nowadays, most children prefer to spend several hours playing with electronic devices over doing more traditional leisure activities. What problem does this cause? What do you think are possible solutions?
