Some people argue that animals belongs to nature, and by development of humankind, species that don’t benefits people directly are useless. Rregarding all features of wild animals and modern world, I strongly oppose to this idea.
On the one hand, supporters of unimportance of wild life take the financial issues of keeping wild animals alive and the lands they need, into consideration. Thousands of individuals, who could be workforce of industries, are employed to save the animals. Some people believe that these people and equipements spent on their jobs, could have a significant impact on the economy. Also there are great amount of taxex dedicated to these animals each year, which could be spent on infrastructers. Those who advocate ellimination of wild animals also believe the lands belong to the nature could be utilized to move up the economy and also save lifes. There are still vital need for food around the world, over a billion people suffer from hunger, and there are people who opine occupying natural lands for agriculturing aims, could set number of hungers to zero and boost up the world economy.
On the other hand, all of the assumptions mentioned in the preceding paragraph are so simple to be modelized in the real world. The real issue are much more complex and multi-dimential. Trying to encertain survive of wild animals is not just helping them, but also, is garaunting exisrence if humandkind. Bio diversity is a must in the earth. In case of extinction of any animals, including wild ones, there might be series of continues and related lost of resources. For instance, in the Northern America, the wild cats are pundit hunters of rats. Any decrease in number of them, would ends in sharp rise of number of rats, which will damage vegetation of the lands, including agricultural lands. Additionally, humans as the most strong species living on the earth is not threatened by extinction. It’s etical to save the animals who, regarding the areas of lands they habitate in, were definately stronger, if there were no humans on the earth. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of species disapeared or experienced a dimminish in population bitterly, because of human activities. It’s time for morality to rule in and make us control our needs.
In conclusion, while I can perceive the reasons some people have to fight the nature, I believe they are irrelevant and life is much more comfortable with more stable natural lands and wild animals.
