It is a fact that females and males are considered to have different weaknesess and strengths, an opinion that is completely true. Firstly, men are stronger than women, while women are more caring and placid compared to men. Therefore, their differences in terms of characteristic features relating to their gender should be taken into consideration when they are hired for specific positions. Furthermore, countries would benefit from this approach as well.
Firstly, there are some crucial differences between men and women due to their gender. As it is known, males are aggressive and capable of tackling physically challenging situations. Because of this, only their workforce should be used in heavy industries such as the car manufacturing industry. On the other hand, females are more meticulous and mentally stable than men. Thus, these features enable them to handle the tasks that require mental effort. For instance, in society, knowing females are quite efficient under high pressure, employers tend to recruit women for mentally challenging positions, while the workforce of men is required when physical labor is needed.
Consequently, excluding females or males would be beneficial for nations as well. Initially, this situation would improve the levels of productivity in various fields. As a result, this new development would contribute to the economies of countries by enabling them to produce more services. For example, a ship producing brand, which is located in Turkey, has announced that women are not allowed to work in their factories anymore. After a certain period of time, their efficiency level of manufacturing process has seen a significant improvement, and the revenue of the country has also benefited from it indirectly.
In conclusion, the gulf between the two genders is quite important and affects their productivity in particular positions. Thus, I firmly believe that a person’s gender should not be ignored when they are hired for certain jobs. Moreover, states and their economies would also benefit from this change due to being able to produce more goods.
