Many people take some part-time job so that they have ample time to do other things. Here I strongly believe that the positive sides outweigh the negative ones. Let’s understand the main factor behind taking this temporary job to do other things.
There can be several advantages of doing this such as to hide unnecessary gap after graduation, to support the family financially, to prepare for any types of competitive exams or in some cases, it might be their poor economic condition due to which they have to work temporary until they settle in life.
Here, if person want to pursue higher education abroad or wishes to job in their respective field completed during their graduation, he or she might have to work just to show that they have not any major time gap between their experience and last completed education. This is case in which person does not get the job immidietaly after the graduation. Also one want to support their family financially due to weak economic condition, person will go for side job along with study or any permanent job. In addition to this, person can prepare for any types of exam related to job or admission for higher study or anything else along with generating amount of money by doing part-time job. Also, it allows individuals to learn some extra skills which might help in future to find the better job opportunities.
There are always cons for the same. After considering part time job, there might be lack of dedication and focus towards work and goals set by the organization. Eventually, it also affects the team environment in company. He or she might not able to work fullest to their ability due to mindset of part time job. There will be consistent lack of enthusiasm during the working hours. They may not have regret over their bad performance just because of their temporary stay in company.
