At the current time, lifestyle in big developed parts of the countries has attracted a growing public attention. Some believe that it involves several disadvantages and affects badly one’s overall well-being. I partly agree with this view, although it give some benefits and conveniences to develop future with the latest advancements. This is mainly because is that environmental and economic reasons make life difficult.

One of the main reasons is that air pollution which causes breathing diseases during someone’s life in modern cities. Many kinds of transports, both public and private cars contribute to traffic jams. Such situations pollute air as well as water with toxic gases that transports are producing. Furthermore, factories also have became significant contributors of environmental issues. Scientists highly recommend that if we do not handle those, our respiratory and breathing organs hurt and older people suffer from a high blood pressure in the future. As a result, both young and old generation will struggle with polluted climate. To tackle such an issue, governments should implement strict rules to protect surroundings effectively.

According to food consumption, bad -quality and fast foods have also becoming widely popular simultaneously with modern world and also lead to health problems. Compared to big regions, in countryside junk food that everyone can prepare easily and quickly is not common, so people consume healthy nutrients to be fit, strong and to overcome any issues related to well-being without a lot of effort as well as time. By promoting unhealthy foods on medias and advertisements, most young people tend to prefer them as a main choice to eat. Such preference lead to reverse impacts aimed at failure to digestive system and dietary habits. Therefore TV shows and other social programs should advertise nutritious and promote a healthy diet in order to avoid health-related problems.

In conclusion, There is a huge impact on our fitness and body system of living large contemporary cities. Environmental changes and nutrition systems play an important role to be fit. Because of these main reasons, many people desire to move countryside or suburbs rather than occupying in the center of cities to mitigate health problems.
