In modern society, job are change very fast. Many worker cannot keep same jobs for all life and condition of working are also not stable. This issue become big problem in many country. So it is important to understanding the reason behind and finding solution for future.
There have many cause why work world is changing. First, tecnology make many job disappear. Machines can do many tasks that before need human. For example, in factory, many worker is replace by robots, which work more fast and no need salary. Second, company want to save cost, so they moving job to place where payment is low. Like, some big company from USA now do they work in Vietnam and India. This make people in rich country lost they jobs. Also, economy change very quick, some jobs gone, and new job come but worker not have skill to do.
To fixing this issue, goverment and indivisual need work together. Government should offer free training for peoples so they can learning new skill. Like, course in computer or digital marketing can help old worker to find new job. Peoples themself also must be active. They need always learning new thing and not only depend on goverment help.
In summary, technology and globalization make work unstable. But if goverment support education and people keep learn new skill, they can prepare for change in work life. Future will be more difficult for worker, so they must be always ready. Company also should think about they worker and not only focus on profit. If they fire too many people, then it will make social problem. Also, worker should not afraid of change, because new job also mean new chance. If they have right skill, they can success in future. In end, goverment, company and worker need working together to making future better for all.
