In modern world, the phenomenon of scientific research is important for sustainable development of countries. As these observations require financial support, funding provided by state or by private organizations is essential. I believe that both sides should be included in such operation for enhancing the overall level of advancement.
In my view, governments should be more dynamic in supporting scientific studies as it may provide them with beneficial breakthroughs. Firstly, these discoveries can encourage the scientific-technological progress, that is necessary for resistance in world arena. The developments and modernizations are a key moment describing the resistance of countries. Thus, the position of area begins to be perceived as autonomous and progressive, that is helpful for elimination of risks. Another advantage is the profit from abroad investors. These observations in science attract investments, hence the country’s budget can be not as restricted. The involvement of external sources of finances is crucial for maintaining competitive economics.
However, it does not mean that non-governmental organizations should not participate in supporting the scientific research. As they provide additional finding for those investigations which could be rejected by state power. To illustrate, global communities, such as Google or Microsoft give grants for observations in artificial intelligence field. As a result, different transformations start taking place worldwide. Moreover, the reputation of these private companies begins to reinforce. As they often perceived like leaders and technological pioneers. This is vital for strengthening the companies’ brands.
In conclusion, the progress in sphere of science is an important indicator of country’s ability to adapt to modern technologies. Therefore, there is no specific party responsible for providing help for future changes.
