Undoubtedly, it is consistently engaging in different outdoor pursuits which plays a crucial role in keeping fit. The vast majority of youngsters do not allocate their free time to do various activities outdoors, such as hiking and climbing on holidays and weekends, which is caused by strong addiction to cutting-edge technologies, particularly smartphones. This can be tackled by encouraging the young to travel overseas
There are multiple reasons why many young people do not aspire to spend time in natural environment today. The primary cause of the problem is that they have already become accustommed to gadgets, enabling them to play diverse video games by connecting online with their friends. This, in turn, may result in numerous issues, especially health and physical problems including poor eyesight and bad posture, which are derived from constantly looking at electronic devices that emit detrimental rays, and playing games in the same position, remaining at home. Research studies conducted by scholars at Oxford University, for instance, have supported this, showing that in the US, 49% of the young who stay at home to play online games, refusing doing some additional activities in open air, are suffering from abject vision.
The government, however, can resolve this problem by motivating school students to travel in foreign countries, mountainous locations in particular. If all charges involved from flight to residence were shouldered by the authorities, a multitude of young people would participate in such events and hike different places in order to see spectacular views they have never witnessed, leading to good fitness since permanent mobility can enhance blood circulation through the body. Consequently, young people will potentially be far healthier than before.
In conclusion, it appears to me that the majority of teenagers tend to manipulate gadgets for unnecessary purposes like surfing the internet or playing games online, denying to indulge in outdoor activities, which can be prevented by urging the young to go abroad, leading to spontaneously doing physical activities like tramping in open air to see a variety of scenic and enticing places.
