Today, technology is improving at an unpresidental level that everything can be managed without difficulties. At the same time, smartphones and Computers are claimed to have a significant deplorable effect on children’s social and physical well-being as they are spending hours mostly playing video games. Personally, I strongly agree, as children are suseptible to different external pressures, who always need to be controlled.

On the one hand, staying in front of screen for an excessive period of time , children are becoming overwhelmingly addicted to entertain themselves by only playing online games, which is directly affects to their social well-being. For example, neither communicating nor interacting with other peers may lead the youth to become tense, bad-mannered and even clumsy .At worse, not being able to use websites wisely might lead the youth to become under pressure of terroristic threats subconciously. Nowadays there are some games such as 1Xbet and Counter strick which are making children zombies and teaching them to be materialistic or to accept the violence as normal.

On the other hand, Sitting in front of screen for hours may adversely affect one’s fitness as well. This is mainly steaming from not enough control by parents who are mostly engrossed in work so as to support family. As a result, restricting themselves from external world, kids are prone to lead a sedentry lifestyle and amuse themselves with virtiual games on the gadgets. This way, they are highly likely to have not only some health problems similar to eye sore, backache, temporary, headache and feeblness, but also mental distortion which even might end up with suicide.

To conclude, Even though latest technologies can offer far more useful functions, the sites and media apps which are used regularly by children should be supervised as they are unable to discern what is morally right and wrong.
