In this day and age, people are forgetting the knowledge of a healthy life, and this is the decisive moment when the government should take essential actions. This essay will explore whether the introduction of educational campaigns and the encouragement of making more exercise can significantly increase the health and longevity of humanity.

Firstly, it is widely believed that educational programs are having an excellent impact in everyone’s life, especially that of teenagers. The government should implement such programs to promote the benefits of a healthy life, and explain for example the hidden dangers that sugar can have in our bodies. Moreover, public institutions must encourage young adults to choose a healthy diet, based on vegetables and fruits which contain a lot of protein. Were the government to decide to introduce such programs, the population would recognize the consequences of an unhealthy life.

Furthermore, another vital step that the government could implement is offering access to free gym memberships. Only through this method will the government be able to attract more people to do physical exercise. Although it may seem expensive at first glance, the result will guarantee a positive impact on society. As a result, people’s health would increase rapidly, and the work force could notice a growth in the productivity field.

It can therefore be concluded that the government should gather more information regarding this subject even though results will not appear rapidly. However, the main focus should consist in creating educational programs, as this is the fastest way for teenagers to comprehend the risk of an unhealthy life.
