Nowadays children are often taught that they can achieve anything as long as they work hard enough. In my opinion, there are some advantages of telling the children to try hard with the aims to achieve their dream include developing a positive mindset and learning the value of effort. However, the disadvantages of this trend is that the risk of burnout and difficulty coping when the children fail.
