I think there are several challenges that people face when they are managing their time. First of all, a lack of clear goals or a plan. A lot of people struggle in this situation. When you are managing your time, you need to have clear goals or ambitions. For example, if you want to achieve a 7-band in IELTS, you need to do everything in a way that can help you reach that goal. Secondly, there are too many distracting devices like mobile phones. You need to stop and limit your time spent on your phone. Not the vehicles, but the technology.
