One time when we tried to turn off it just snapped and from that day no matter how hard we tried to turn off the water was coming out. We had to put the bucket under the sink to collect the water. It was so annoying because we had to empty the bucket again and again to fix it. We called the plumber and he came with his tools or equipment and checked the tap. He told that it couldn’t be repaired. You had to add a new one. We went to a hardware store to buy a new tap and installed with a new tap. Then plumber removed the broken tap and installed it with a new one. Thankfully all was done. He checked if there was no leaks and everything was tightened properly. The process took almost an hour. After it was fixed I felt very happy. The kitchen was clean again and we didn’t have to worry about water leaking everywhere. It was a small change problem but it made a big difference because when it was fixed.
