In childhood, we learn a lot of things, but usually, we remember only one or two, with which many memories are associated. Similarly, I remember the line, "How I wonder what you are" from the nursery rhyme named "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star." I remember this poem because, during my childhood, my mother would sing it at night as a lullaby for me to fall asleep. At that time, we used to sleep on the terrace under the night sky and watch the twinkling stars while listening to this poem from my mother. I think it is because of the memories associated with this poem that I remember these lines so well. I would also like to mention those carefree nights and the twinkling stars that fascinated us at that time, making us wonder what is behind that dark night sky. All those thoughts we had during childhood are what allow us to remember these poems. I would also like to share an incident from my first day of school. When I entered the class, I was very excited because I had already learned one poem. Due to that excitement, I went directly to my teacher and sang the poem to her. She was very impressed and laughed a lot at my confidence. It was our annual function, and she included my name for that. I remember I dressed like a star for that competition and won second prize. Because of these memories associated with this poem, I remember these lines so well.
