Overall, women tend to have more motivation for working out than men due to the data, However, the percentage of girls aged 15-24 was lower than boys. (47.7% compared to 52.8%) Another interesting record was found in the elderly who aged more than 65 years old, the amount of people between male and female was eventually almost equal.(46.7% and 47.1%)
In the aged during 35 to 44, there was a huge gap between them. Women apparently did more cardio but the number of men that had simple training was slightly increase as people got older. Starting from aged 25-34, showing that the number of female doing some training reached 48.9%;meanwhile, the percentage of male was suddenly drop.(42.2%) According to the in formation, male gained over 40% in aged 45-54 and female obtained more than a half and there had no significant change in aged between 55 to 64.
