I would like to talk about an which I have purchased and, uh, now I want to replace that. About 2, 3 weeks ago, I was about buying the new tools for me, and I decided to purchase it from online shopping game because, uh, in online ads, found AAAA specific item is like a piece of cake. Rather than a finding it straight or moths, So Amazon is a prominent platform for shopping. And in 2, 3 days of the searching, I found exactly 1 that I want to intended to buy. I ordered that shoes immediately And the order took power to deal, power to 6 days to deliver. Though, I was so excited to have that I waited patiently, and also I felt over the moon. When I finally got those, I opened the book and found something defected in schools. And color was not the same as I was looking in the online app. When I show it was looking exquisite in the Amazon, but not the same in real. As it has a brown color rather than I purchased a white green color. The size was also not of mine, so I felt blue. There are uh, 10 to 15 days written policy. So I want to replace these suits if it is possible. So I also write the mail to Amazon to change my shoes in, uh, less time and give me a a better feedback.

The order took about six days to arrive, and I was so excited to finally have it. When I opened the package, though, I was disappointed. The shoes I received were defective. The color wasn't the same as what I saw online. It was brown instead of the white and green I ordered. The size was also wrong. I was really bummed out. Amazon has a return policy of 10 to 15 days, so I want to replace these shoes if possible. I've already emailed Amazon to see if they can expedite the exchange and give me a better solution.
