In general, it is apparent that the London and New York homes’ prices experienced an unpredictable alteration over the period shown. Notably, there was a plateau in Frankfurt prices.
According to the graphical data, the average accommodation prices in Marid and Frankfurt from 1990 to 2002 were higher than those in 1989, around 2.5% to 3% respectively. Despite having fallen from 1996 to 2002, Frankfurt’s prices did not have any notable change, which not similar to Marid significant increase in the same years. Conversely, in comparison with house prices in 1989, a 7% decline can be observed in Tokyo over the early 1900s. Nevertheless, although Tokyo’s prices rose after 5 years, it remained lower than the 1998 prices. Remarkably, New York and London were the cities where the homes’ prices witnessed a sharp rise, from the cities that far lower than 1989 prices, becoming the metropolitan areas that had significantly increase to higher than the house prices in 1998, with 5% and 13% respectively.
