The illustration outlines significant information about the process of manufacturing bricks for the building industry.
Looking from an overall point of view, it can be obviously analyzed from the picture that the making process of bricks for the building industry consists of several different phases which begin with digging the Clay and end with delivering by a container of Truck.
Turning to the details, it is clearly observed in the diagram that at the beginning, the digger dug the clay and placed over metal grid. Than, the chosen clay is placed in the roller. After that, the refined clay is mixed with sand and water and sent to Wire cutter or Moult. Following this stage, the rectangular shaped bricks become ready to stored on a drying oven for 24 to 48 hours.
Afterwards, dry bricks are transferred to the kiln of moderate temperature which is 200℃ to 980℃. In the next step, they are placed in the another kiln with high temperature which is between 870℃ to 1300℃. Having accomplished this step, Bricks are shifted to the cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours. Than, bricks are handed over for packaging. Eventually, the process finishes when bricks are delivered by a truck.
