Overall, it is apparently seen that international & national and mobile gradually increased over the period. However, the local call trace another pattern by increase moderately to reach the peak and then start to dip.
Locally, calls in 2001 was 72 billions (B), it slightly rose to reach 78 in 2002. Then, it continued to increase from 2003 to 2005 hitting high-point at 90 B calls. Afterthat, it started to dip, reaching 84 in 2006. Also it experience a gradual decrease to reach 79 and 72 in 2007 and 2008, respectively.
National, international, and mobiles were on the same line. In 2001, there was a huge gap; the mobil calls was 2 billions and the Othe category was 38 billions calls. However, both of aforementioned categories experienced a steadily growth on similar pace. National and international calls increased to 41Billions in 2002, then it reached 45 in 2003, and it continued to rise on stable rate from 2004 to 2008, reaching the peak at 61 billions calls. Where mobiles started to steadily increase from 2002 to 2006, reaching 23 B. But in 2007 it experienced a jump and reach 39B and at the end of the period it rose 46B.
