I think it depends on what the product is. First, it has lots of advantages if the product is sold everywhere in the world, as customers can easily buy and use it, making it more popular. In contrast, having everything sold everywhere in the world is not so good because some countries or places have their special products that are part of their culture. So, they should be sold in that place, and visitors must visit to buy them.
