Today, while both main entrances remain, a new rose garden has been introduced with seats around it in the middle of the park. The rose garden, which is located in the northwest, retains its location. In the left corner of the park, the stage has been renovated and expanded into a larger amphitheater for special concerts. In the northeast part of the park, two new facilities have been established: a cafe and a playground for children. Moreover, the fountain has been replaced with a water feature and relocated to the southeast of the entrance from Eldon Street. Finally, a car park has been constructed underground for extra space.

The central fountain has been substituted by a square rose garden which exhibits four seating areas, one lying by each of its margins. These were placed instead of the four previous ones, which were in different locations. Additionally, the right and lower left rose gardens were eliminated. The latter was replaced by a café.
Moreover, a large amphitheatre for concerts has been built in place of the smaller stage for musicians, although it lies further to the left. The pond for water plants gave way to a children’s play area. In addition, a water feature was placed where there used to be a glasshouse.
