What the provided graph illustrates is the average government expenditure on health for each individuals, data taken in four Europe country betwen 2006 and 2013.
It is clearly seen that there are diverging trends in their data while recording significant changes in their ranking.
Looking firstly at the data of Belgium and Iceland, they recorded the opposite pattern. Belgium started with 3500$ as the third place but increased sharply to be the leading role at the end of the survey with 5000$. Contrary with Belgium’s data, Iceland reached its peak at about 5750$ in 2007 before dropping rapidly in 2009 and ended with over 4000$.
Moving to the remain countries, UK and Italy’s data were witnessed a similar trend with experiencing a period of instabily and ended with nearly 3750$ and over 3000$, respectively. It is worthy noting that after undergoing a fluctuation and a slight but steady grow, Italy was constantly the lowest.
