I go online multiple times a day as it's an integral part of my life. Most of my online activity revolves around work-related tasks like checking emails, researching information, and collaborating with colleagues. Apart from work, I use the internet for personal research, staying in touch with friends and family through social media, reading news articles, and streaming entertainment. I would say I'm online at least a few hours a day, if not more, but I try to balance my screen time with other activities.
