From my experience, there are a few common reasons why people quit and change jobs. One reason is that they want to try new things. Some people want to pursue new roles in their life. They might want to change jobs to improve themselves and explore more about their abilities. Another reason is that people need to find jobs that offer competitive salaries. To improve their lives, they may need to take on new jobs to afford their basic needs.

From my experiences, there are some reasons for people to, um, quit and change jobs. The first reason is, is that they want to try new things. Uh, some people have want. Some people want to pursue new rules in their life. Eff for want to change jobs to, uh, improve themselves and explore more about their abilities.
