In 1998, cellular phone service began in just below ten users. Then, it increased gradually to around 60 users through out the period. Internet service showed injust below ten users in 1998. It remained relatively static until 2002, furthermore it kept grow reaching just above 20 users in 2008. Mobile broadband was began with none users in 2002 and showed unchanged to 2004. It rose slightly reaching just below ten users at the end of the year. Morever, in 2002, fixed broadband was also stood with zero users, before it increase consistantly to reach around five users throughout the period.
In contrast, landline service was began just above ten users in 1998. The figure plateaued around ten users until 2006, however, it experienced a slight decrease in 2008.
