The diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing consumer goods and gives feedback.
Overall, it is a man-made linear process with various stages. It starts with collecting raw materials and ends with selling a consumer good.
In terms of the process, initial collecting of raw materials and manufacturing components are sent to a storage block. Then it is sent to another department, which is the production planning. This block makes a consumer products plan by using storage and design. The production planning is sent to the assembly block, which is the proper manner to check this plan and then passes through five departments step-by-step such as inspection, testing, packing, dispatch, and sales. The sales are the last step of this process.
It can be clearly seen that feedback is sent from one block to another block. In the diagram, the production planning sends feedback to the storage department, the sales block sends feedback to the production planning, the testing department and marketing research both send feedback to the design block, and lastly, market research sends feedback to the packing block and the advertising block.
