Well, there are many kinds of holidays around the world, like Victory Day, Linguist Day, and Valentine's Day, to name a few. People love holidays according to their taste. Some love national holidays, while others prefer Valentine's Day. In my short life, I've experienced many holidays, most of them interesting and enjoyable. Among them, I'd like to mention a national holiday, the Bengali New Year. It's the first day of the Bengali calendar and a very important holiday in our country. We all eat 'Pohela Boishakh' food, which is uniquely celebrated among Bengali people. I really love it very much. There are many reasons for that. First, it makes me feel so happy, and I don't think it has any negative impact on my life. Secondly, as a lot of money is spent on festivals and holidays in many developed and developing countries, the demand for this kind of holiday is growing rapidly worldwide. This is probably the most popular holiday in our country. People celebrate with great joy, happiness, and enthusiasm. The 'Raag', the songs, the traditional dresses, the traditional foods, the boat racing, the colorful decorations, and many more activities are very common during the festival. People celebrate this holiday all day long.
