Overall , the production of honey undergoes 3 phase stages, such as bee phase, human phase, and the product itself. Each phase has several processes from gathering of nectar to processing until selling.

In detail, during the “bee phase” the bees usually gather nectar from blooming flowers, subsequently, after gathering an amount, the insect will deposit the produce in a bee house. Moreover, the bees will dry the liquid matter using their own wings, while keeping the cells spotless, and eventually these cells will be sealed by wax.

Afterwards, in “human phase” this is the time where the honey combs are being harvested, then pressed to extract the product. Furthermore, the honey will be placed in a slump tank where it is heated for about 40-50 degree celsius, where it is directly connected to a sieve tank which removes dirt and any unusual particles. Lastly, the honey will be settling inside a tank for 2-4 days before placing it in jars and transport to sell.
