In Melbourne, 48% of consumers choose fresh coffee, while in Hobart, fresh coffee consumption reaches 53%. The respective consumption levels for coffee from coffee shops in these cities are 63% for Melbourne and 62% for Hobart, while the fresh coffee consumption is 42% in Melbourne and 38% in Hobart.
On the other hand, Brisbane and Adelaide show similar results, with fresh coffee consumption at approximately 34% in both cities. However, instant coffee consumption differs slightly, with Brisbane at 52% and Adelaide at 50%. The overall percentage of consumers purchasing coffee or tea from coffee shops is also comparable, with Brisbane at 55% and Adelaide at 49%.
