The car manufacturing industry produced its first car in 1888 in United Kingdom .The company decide to produce more then 29 million vehicles in the next 12 years. According to ecological scientist if the companies starts to produce transports it could effect the environment and pollute the air for civilians. I totally agree that government should issue international laws to limit the number of cars produced in the next decade. The first law which can prevent individual to purchase cars can be VAT( Value added tax) on the purchase of each car. The second approach to decrease number of car owners is to develop the public transport in the city.
I agree that government should prevent this from happening because it cause air pollution. For instance one car can produce CO2 and smokes which is harmful for pedestrians. Each year number of people diagnosed with lung cancer increasing rapidly. The government can control car ownership by inventing public transport system which safe and convenient for the citizen. For example if buses and metros are built in the city its easier for employees to arrive in time to their work and school children will be much safer to get to school. The second approach is to increase VAT – value added tax to car owners on their second purchase of cars. In this way the number of car owners decreases by time.
In conclusion, government can increase tax on the car owner to limit their purchase on new cars and publick transport is another way to prevent car manufacturing companies to produce more cars instead they will be focus on the building public transports. This approaches can help the citizen to breath fresh air and keep the ecology more clean.
