Do you really think many countries are facing waste disposal problems? Yes, nowadays many countries are dealing with a big problem of disposing of waste. In this essay we’ll discuss causes and solutions.
Firstly, one big reason is that people are using materials that are not easily disposable, like plastic bags, plastic bottles and many more. Many people use and throw away materials. As a result, lot of waste is gathered in disposal bins and people are not aware of effects caused by improper decomposing methods. For instance, people use plastic bags whenever they go shopping or at the market. Afterwards, decomposing these plastic materials causes a lot of pollution and they are non-biodegradable.
Furthermore, there are no proper rules and regulations set by the government for disposal of waste. They should implement a law for people who don’t follow the conditions for disposing of waste, like penalties. For example, waste produced by companies is released into air, water and soil. This waste causes pollution and effects the environment.
On the other hand, to fix this we have various solutions. People should start using bags which can be recycled instead of plastic bags whenever they are going shopping or the market. The government should implement some rules and regulations for improper disposal methods and conduct public awareness programs that should encourage the public about the issues and effects of decomposing hazardous waste.
To sum up, people are careless about disposing of waste, there are no rules and regulations and there is no awareness in the public. In my point of view, we should start using biodegradable products which are easy to decompose and should follow rules and regulations. If we do this, we can make things better for the environment.
