I usually drink orange juice after I finish my dinner. Orange juice has a lot of benefits. One of them is that it contains a lot of vitamin C, which is really good for my health. It improves my antibodies, so I don't get sick easily. It also gives some freshness in my mouth because after eating dinner with savory flavors, I need something fresh. So it boosts my mood during the night.
