From my perspective, when we're talking about the potential drawbacks of globalization on local cultures and traditions, I think it has many problems. The first thing I want to discuss is that it can lead to the loss of many values of a country because, in globalization, people usually spend more time working and earning money. Moreover, most people live in urban areas, which can diminish traditional values like honoring ancestors or enjoying traditional food. For example, in Vietnam, we have the anniversary to honor our ancestors, but if people live in a city, it can be hard for them to travel to rural areas to celebrate with family.
