Dear Jonson

I hope you are well, l am writing to apologize. I had promise to helping your tasks, but suddenly there is unexpected circumstances that avoid to helping you.

All of sudden my parents invited me to visiting my grandmother. So I can not avoiding their request. Actually, yesterday I had prepare all of stuff to bringing to your house. I known those tasks will hard to doing alone by yourself, if you do not mind I want to offer you an alternative solution.

However, this solution will delay your tasks, but I believe it will make your jobs easier. I want to suggest you to do those tasks tomorrow, because I will back tomorrow morning. We will be doing those task in the afternoon.

Thank you for your understanding, once again sorry I can not attending, and I look forward to hearing from you soon
