And it was called Gulistan, one of the largest and busiest markets I have ever seen in my life. I went there with couple of friends during on week long vacation. We had heard so much about the market from Jeep, Handicraft items, street foods and vintage clothing. So, we were curious and excited to explore it. The moment we entered the market, the noise hit us like a wave. It was absolutely noisy with both local and tourists. Street vendors were shouting out prizes, promoting their products and calling the customers over to their stall. The sound of cooking mixed with loud music coming from portable speakers. Of course, there were customers burghaining, children laughing or crying and even a few pervomers with musical instruments on the street corners. It felt like every sound imaginable was happening at arms. Honestly, at first I felt a bit overwhelmed by the kawas. I’m not used to that level of noise, especially in such a crowded place. But after a while, I started to enjoy the atmosphere. It had its own energy, a kind of organized kawas that gave the market its charm. So it was lively, colorful and full of character. The food was delicious, the people were friendly and shopping experience was fun despite the noise. So even though it was noisy, I would say it was a positive experience.
