Band 7+: You are soon going to spend three months doing work experience in an organization. Write a letter to the manager of the organization where you are going to do work experience. In your letter thank the manager for the opportunity to do work experience. explain what you hope to learn from the work experience. ask some questions about the work experience you are going to do.

Dear Manager,

I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for the work opportunity that you have provided to me. I am very excited to start working in this position and I would like to know more about the location where I am going to work.

During my three months tenure at your firm (Pizza Hut), I am looking forward to enhance my knowledge by being deeply involved in daily operations. I am mainly interested in learning how your store approaches the everyday tasks such as making the dough, serving and delivering the pizzas, as well as managing staff and handling customers. I hope to gain experience in these areas so that I can start my own restaurant in the future.

I would like to know your advice on completing a food handler certificate course. Whether this would be helpful for me or not? Once again I am really thankful for this opportunity.
