What food from your country would you recommend to people from other countries?

I suppose our national food is quite specific for people from different countries. It may be surprising that we consume horse meat. Anyway, I would recommend foreigners try our traditional dish called Bezbarmak. It consists of horse meat, boiled pasta, potatoes, and onions. For my taste buds, it's perfect. So, I recommend it.
