So lately I talked with my friends about this subject but in my opinion I think the increasing use of automation affects the job market in the next 20 years because machines and AI, artificial intelligence are a mix, are a good mix but dangerous mix because some people losing their jobs caused to that. Machine replaces a human’s jobs. It can do the human jobs perfectly and more accurately and at a lower cost. As a result some workers may lose their jobs or or need to change, but automation will also create new job opportunities, particularly in technology related files. For example, there will be higher demands or a force of two developers, data, analytics, and cyber security experts and engineers who can design. In addition, some jobs that require creativity, emotional intelligence, and complex problems are less likely to be replaced by machine learning. In my opinion, the key challenge will be atteption.
