Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writting this letter to inform you about that I got a chance to work at your organisation as soon.I am going to do work experience which is situated near by my home for three month.

first of all I would like to thanks for giving me an opportunity to work at your corporations and I really joyful to join to do job at your organisation.This is because gives me to learn new things and also get different experience from range of work place.

I hope it is going to helpful for my career to explore new experience which can be benefitial for my future work at any company.I assure that I can gather more details or information about job and it allows me to get more new idea about the work due to experience.

I have a doubt related to job experience which I am going to do work soon ,that is about accomodation and food while working in an office, I can prepare myself or your organisation will provide the meal and house?or I should arrange moreover, how many hours I should work in a day so, kindly clarify my all doubt about it.
