Subject: Event cancellation
Dear my beloved team and colleagues,
I apologise to inform you that our team building event which would be held on 20th, this month will be cancelled due to urgent meeting from our borad of directors and shareholders at the end of this month. All departments have to prepare their own reports and present during the meeting. Further more, all units need time to prepare and review all requirements reports one week in advanced before the meeting date. I think most of staff are busy for preparation and reviewing our reports for the upcoming urgent BOD meeting is therefore, I would like to cancel the team building event in this month.
Again, I would like to apologies for any inconvenience which may be occurred due to the cancellation.
After completing our meeting, we will plan a new schedule of our team building event in next month. The exact date will be notified later.
