The journey began a year ago. Since then, I was under lots of intense academic pressure. pressure and I felt mentally and physically drained. Like when coming back home, I just lying on the bed, I was glued on the TV screen and I felt like I was really a person who who was leading a sedentary lifestyle. And I think that, oh, it’s bad, it’s not okay. And that’s okay, I have to challenge. So I invited my classmate to play badminton match. At first, it is really a game changer of my life. Blaine badminton helped me clear my mind, blow off some steam and let me forget any karmic pressure. So, any pressure. I love Blaine badminton instead of other form like running because running I think is quite solid tree and the movement are the movements are repetitive but just over and over again so it’s quite boring. While badminton requires the team working, the thinking, so I really love it. So physical activities that I really loved is play badminton. I can’t imagine my life without it.
