His name is Hurshid and he is a person who solves a problem in a very smart way and instead of giving up on his failing cafe he made this smart decision to completely redevelop the business and turn it into a proper restaurant. He spent a lot of time planning everything carefully including the design, menu and oral concept. The problem started when several of his chefs left the cafe and joined a rival restaurant. Because of that his business began to lose customers and the situation became quite serious. At one point he even considered closing it completely and before that his cafe was actually quite successful and popular. It was a small but busy place and he had worked very hard to build his reputation. I really admire him because he didn’t even panic or give up when he faced hardship and instead he found a practical and smart solution to fix the problem and eventually rebuilt his business successfully. He even asked for advice from me once when he was actually redesigning the logo of his restaurant. I advised him to make it to use Arabic-styled fonts because it was very subtle and actually and also adding the lightings to like under the logo so that it made like shiny effect to the logo. Yeah overall I’m very very happy about him and he really solved that problem in a way that no one even can come up with.
