Well two months ago I was working in an office in our capital Islamabad where I work and this is a Chinese company and you know Chinese are very strict about time because they ask us time is money so don’t waste your time. And lot of people and lot of employees that are come to the office like 10 minute late or 20 minute late and then our boss was created this rule if any employee will come around late one minute so his salary bonus will be deducted. So I think it’s very harsh moment for employees that they are coming late so at that moment after some time I realized this is the minimum of late comers and all employees are come on time and it’s very effective for employees to come to the office on time and no late and always boss are very happy and I think this technique is works really well because everyone wants bonus in his salary and if they are late only one minute so his bonus will be deducted from his salary and I don’t have anything like to change this rule because this is good for us and also for our company because in our matters we don’t have any any we don’t have any purpose for time but for Chinese they are very strict about time so I think this role is very good for us
