It is one of the most memorable place I have ever visited. I went there with my family during a holiday a few years ago. Since it is quite far from my hometown, we travelled by car for several hours. Although the journey was long, it was extremely enjoyable because we passed through hills, forests and picturesque villages along the way. It is definitely a journey I would like to take again. The main attraction of Te Kedi is Periyal Lake, which is one of the most important lakes in Kerala. The lake is surrounded by dense forests and mountains creating a brief-talking view. It plays an important role in tourism and also supports the local ecosystem. One of the highlights of my trip was taking a boat ride on the lake. During the ride, I saw several wild animals including elephants, deer and many species of birds near the shoreline. Seeing animals in the natural habitat was both exciting and educational. Another reason I love these places is its peaceful atmosphere unlike crowded cities, Everybody is calm and quiet, the fresh air, the sound of birds and the beautiful natural surroundings make it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Whenever I think about escaping the stores of daily life, this is the first place that comes to my mind. I would strongly recommend Takari to visitors because it offers everything, standing naturally, scenery, wildlife, a famous like and a unique countryside experience. And though I have already visited it once, I would love to return there in the future and spend more time exploring its beauty.
