Overall, the percentage of people who participated in sports activities decreased by the increase of age. People aged 10-19 recorded the highest rates of physical activity, while the lowest proportion among people who exercised were seen in the 50 and over group.
The figure of people aged 10-19 stood at 70%, which was the highest percentage among others. The rates of people aged 20-29 were slightly lower than people aged 10-19, accounting for 65%. Moreover, 50% of people in the 30-39 age group engaged in sports activities.
Compared with others, people aged 40-49 had noticeably lower proportion of participation in sports activities, making up 35%. By contrast, people in the 50 and above age group showed the lowest percentage in sport activities, accounting for 20%.
