Hello, I am Salman Yasser, a selection engineering student. I am applying for this job at a call center, hoping that it would be the first step in my professional career. I think this would be the most suitable position for me right now, given my situation. I believe it would provide me with valuable experience in communication and market skills. I don't have any previous experience in a call center, but I have worked in a related field for months, for example, in the history of architecture in the industry. This role involves interacting with customers, selling to them, and addressing their needs. Additionally, we collaborate with teammates and manage the work process effectively. So that's part of it.
